Well, i wanted to know what is everyones favorite holiday. I love Christmas because i love the feeling. I like the feeling of the Christmas trees, lights, gifts, food, people being happy and all that stuff. Or if you have other holidays that you like then you can post them on here.
i'm not religious, but i like christmas cuz i get to spend time with family.
i love valentines day
My favorite holiday is Christmas! The good feelings you get from your friends and family! But since my dad died I don't really want to celebrate it!
Hogmanay and contrary to popular belief, it's not a Scottish excuse for a piss up,we have all year for that ..smile.
Christmas all the way!!
christmas of course!
I don't have a favorite holiday persay. But I do wish Yule or winter solstace was more widely celebrated. I say this because I really tend to loathe winter and the cold and so knowing that the daylight hours will then be once again increasing, makes me happy.
I like Halloween and Christmas. I would say I like Valentines Day but that all depends on if I am with anyone at the time. Which I am happily with someone right now and hopefully nothing will happen between now and then.
Like most of you folks, I love Christmas as well!
I love the preparations, Christmas music, Christmas sperit and the smell of the real Christmas tree!
Mine is summer as I like hot sunny weather.
Do any of you Zoners also like summer.
Thank you for your c0-operation in this matter.

Yes I agree with post 8.
Mine is Chrstmas and Hogmany or new year as it is. I like listening to christmas Carols. At Hogmany I like listening to the Scottish folk music.
I love Greek Independence Day on the 25th of March. It's my favourite day of the year. For me, it's a reflection on where we've come from and how far we still have to go. it's a time to look back at our triumphs and mistakes and to hope for a better brighter year. Plus, I love saying Zito Ellada, listening to patriotic music, reading from the Memoirs of General Makriyannis and going to the parade (though it's always about a month afterword) in New York with my blue and white clothing and flag and being around all these other Greeks. It's like we're sharing something special and I feel like I belong.
The American Independence day or July 4th. Nice little holiday that should mean loads to all of us in the U.S. We'd still be under the British and there very socialist rule, if it wasn't for Washington, Jefferson, and all the other founding people of the United States.
My favorite holiday is also Independence Day. I especially appreciate the fact that we separated ourselves from the inconsiderate English government.
If I love anything about it, it's that it takes place during the summer. I love the hot weather, water balloons, barbecue, and all the food.
when i was young and and when my kids were tiny I'd deffinitely have said Christmas!!!!!! Bring on the tree, presents, the beautiful Jesus story!!!! Now that I'm older it ties with Thanksgiving. As I have experienced more in my journey, I realize the importance of grattitude and giving thanks for the good things and for making it through the rough patches. Hey, plus, all that turkey, pumpkin pies, and stuffing ain't bad either.
